What is a Twin Flame

First let's look at the anatomy of the soul, so that we are all on the same page. The yin/yang symbol is the blueprint of the soul. The white half is the masculine polarity with a black dot which is feminine, and the black half is the feminine polarity with a white dot of masculine energy. This symbol shows that we all embody both masculine and feminine energy no matter your gender or dominate polarity. We are all multidemential beings who have incarnated for a brief period of time to learn about love. So the yin/yang symbol is everyone's soul blueprint, and on the higher spiritual planes of existence you and you'r twin flame are one soul embodying each polarity.

Here on earth everything is experienced in duality. Black/white, hot/cold, day/night, you get the picture. This duality creates contrast, and contrast provides an environment where souls can grow, expand, and learn lessons. Everyone has a twin flame, but most polarities do not incarnate on earth at the same time. If they do incarnate on earth at the same time the soul has decided before it's incarnation that it is ready to experience unity consciousness or (Oneness).

If this is what the soul has chosen to experience in this lifetime, at some point out of the blue when you least expect it, destiny will collide with your reality and you meet your twin flame. There is then a profound soul recognition when your eyes meet their eyes, because the eyes are the windows to the soul. Their voice is also a powerful vibration that the soul recognizes as well. This meeting is so profound because your soul feels like it just

expanded 100 times upon meeting this person, and yet your mind/ego does not understand because you know that you do not know this person very well or at all.

This meeting is nothing short of being deeply perplexing, and destabilizing because of all of the emotions that rise up to the surface inside of you. It is like inner fireworks just went off. After an initial phase of feeling heightened emotions, also know as the bubble love phase. This heightened energy can quickly turn into overthinking and being predominately in the mind. All of a sudden you are now in fear and anxiety because the twin flame is an exact mirror to your own soul which is designed to show you, or bring to the surface of your awareness all of the shadow parts of you'r self living in the subconscious mind.

Here is where core wounds are activated so that they can be seen, felt, and healed. These parts of self have been hidden from view and, you are now being asked to recognize how they have been running in the background of your life like a program, keeping you playing small or acting from wounded parts of your self in relationships, or in life in general.

This journey is asking you to heal your inner parts of self that are out of alignment with the true higher divine blueprint of your soul, which operates from peace, presence, and unconditional love. It is a deeply transformational voyage that is soul lead, and you will come out the other end of it living a more authentic and aligned version of yourself that is free, balanced, and more deeply guided from purpose within.
